Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Our Founder and CEO, Marissa Luznar, has more than 15 years of experience in the marketing industry. Her career highlights include working as Press Secretary for the Mayor of Pittsburgh and as the Director of Operations and Marketing for a well-respected corporate bankruptcy and litigation law firm – a job that required her to work alongside the firm’s ownership while making critical business decisions during a pivotal period of growth for the long-standing firm.

Marissa has also spent a good part of her career in the agency and consulting industry, working with clients of all sizes in a variety of industries, including real estate, startups, manufacturing, nonprofit, and more. Throughout her career, Marissa has had the opportunity to work with some of the region’s most influential political, corporate, and nonprofit leaders. She brings this experience and big-picture strategic thinking to all of her work, challenging leaders to look at their business goals in new and creative ways.

Our Creative Director, Stephanie McHale, thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and technology. Having served in both agency and in-house creative positions throughout the past decade, Stephanie has cultivated a comprehensive and sought-after skillset. Partnering with corporations and institutions in a broad spectrum of industries, she launches and reimagines brands through impactful storytelling and user-centric digital experiences.

Stephanie has successfully developed marketing campaigns across social, web, radio, video, event, product, and earned media channels. She brings her passion for curiosity, collaboration, and craft to every client and project.
